The Kingdom Foundation is a non/inter denominational blog, and so we try to avoid publishing posts and sites which would appear to link us only to a particular (non)denominational stance on issues. We only post ones on a biblical stance and we give the biblical reference why. Nevertheless, some of the materials and sites contain some theological and doctrinal material with which all denominations would not necessarily agree. These are posted and listed because of their excellent contribution to understanding of Jesus Christ and the Bible. In doing so, we are not implying that we necessarily endorse the doctrinal stance in question.
If you wonder why one is posted, feel free to let us know!
- The Bible is the verbally inspired, inerrant Word of God. It is the complete revelation of His will for salvation and the only unfailing rule of faith and practice for the Christian life.
- There is one God, Creator of all things, eternally existing in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, and that these three are co-eternal and of equal dignity and power.
- Jesus Christ is the Son of Jehovah God; His miraculous conception by the Holy Spirit; His virgin birth; His sinless life; His substitutionary death on a cross; His bodily resurrection; His ascension to the right hand of the Father; and His personal, imminent return all are apart of Who He Is.
- Man was created by and for God; and that by man’s disobeying God, every person incurred spiritual death, which is separation from God, and physical death as a consequence; and that all people are sinners by nature and practice.
- The Lord Jesus Christ died for our sins and that all who believe in Him are declared righteous because of His sacrificial death and are, therefore, in right relationship with God.
- The present ministry of the Holy Spirit is indwelling all believers and thus enabling and empowering the life and ministry of the believer.
- The bodily resurrection of everyone who has lived, the everlasting blessedness of those in right relationship with God, and the everlasting punishment of those who have rejected God’s forgiveness in His Son.
- The church should be the moral conscience of a community – Since God created civil governments, we need to work hard to cooperate with and work together with our elected officials and civil servants.
- It is our responsibility, as outlined in the Bible, to spread the Gospel to our area, nation, and world (see Mark 16:15).
- Church should not be filled with spectators but participants. A church should be a spiritual hospital where people come for spiritual healing, not a spiritual museum where the relics of “Pharisee-ism” are displayed. The church should be the perfect place for imperfect people.
